Greetings from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! Our Jewish Voice team is hard at work here, ministering to the Lost Tribes of the Beta Avraham and the Beta Israel. God is doing a mighty work, and we are seeing a tremendous harvest for His kingdom. Already hundreds have come to faith in Yeshua as their Messiah and Savior—more than 500 on the first day of the clinic alone! We have seen God work to provide many miraculous healings in addition to those who are being helped by our medical staff.
Thousands are receiving free medical care… screenings, inoculations, treating infections, along with optical and dental care. Many of these precious people have never received any medical care of any kind before. Each day they line up by the hundreds to be seen by our extraordinary team of volunteer medical personnel and staff. I am so grateful to God for each person who has made the sacrifice and commitment to join us on this trip, and I ask that you join with me in a prayer of blessing on each of their lives.
One of the new features of this clinic that I’m really excited about is that we have been able to partner with a local Messianic congregation to offer discipleship classes each day. This opportunity to minister to the spiritual as well as physical needs is going to have a long-lasting impact among the people. We have always worked hard to ensure that each person who comes to faith is followed up so that the fruit of these efforts is not lost. This discipleship training is a vital next step in increasing these efforts.
