Celebrating the Light of the World during the Festival of Lights

As we prepare to celebrate Chanukah—the Festival of Lights—I have been thinking about the declaration of Yeshua, “I am the Light of the world” (John 8:12). This powerful statement holds two truths that are the key to our work at Jewish Voice. The first truth is that there is darkness in the world … if there were not, there would be no need for Light. The second truth is that we must take the Good News of Yeshua to those who are in darkness.

Jewish Voice is committed to that mission. Over the past twelve months we have traveled, preached, held medical clinics and a huge Hear ’O Israel Festival of Jewish Music & Dance, used television and the Internet, and every other means we could find to fulfill our calling. Each and every outreach is driven by the realization that the world needs the Light.

And I want you to know how much we appreciate the vital role that you play in this work. Without your prayers and financial support, it would not be possible for us to continue to reach out across the globe and take the Gospel to those who have never heard.  You are truly helping to bring the Light of the world to a world in need.

This is a very special time of celebration for the Jewish People around the world and especially in Israel. Yet for many who are living in great need, it is a time of hunger and desperation. Together we can change that. Your gift today will allow us to work with our ministry partners in Israel to provide food and other urgently needed help during these holidays in the name of Yeshua.
